Senior Pricing for University Courses
Seniors, 62 years and older, who have been a Utah resident for 12 consecutive
months, are eligible to register for academic courses as a non-degree seeking,
lifetime student. You will pay only $10 per semester to register for one or
several interesting academic courses. No admissions fee is required! Here is how
you get started!
- For initial questions, please call or email the Admissions Office at
801-626-6743 or admissions@weber.edu.
You will need to obtain and complete the "Lifelong Learner" registration form.
The admissions office is located in the Student Services Center (SC 201) on the
Ogden Campus. To view the Ogden campus map, click here

- Pick up an ADD/DROP form in the Registrar's Office (SC 101), which is downstairs
from the Admissions Office. The Registrar's Office can help you complete the
ADD/DROP form. The ADD/DROP forms can also be obtained at the West Center or
Davis Campus. The respective addresses can be located on the same map page
towards the bottom.
- Take the ADD/DROP form to the instructor(s) for approval and a signature on the
first day of class. Instructor approval is largely based on available space.
When approved, the instructor will sign the ADD/DROP form and you will return
the form within two weeks to the Cashier's Office (SC 209-next door to the
Admissions Office), and pay $10. Ask them for the lifetime exemption.
NOTE: Please take a moment to ask the instructor questions in order to
determine if this course is right for you. The course(s) will not appear on a
transcript of credits. Where applicable, senior citizens will be charged a fee
for use of consumable materials.
