How long do I have to complete the course?
The APICS courses have a three-month window to access the web site and information. At the end of the three-month period, access to the web site is closed and grades are prepared. It is in the best interest of the student to push for completion within the 3-month period. To extend the course limits the effectiveness of the student in having the materials fresh in mind for taking the exams.
May I extend my course beyond the three-month completion period?
Yes. You may extend your course up to three additional months at $100.00 per course per month. A request to extend must be submitted by e-mail to ceservices@weber.edu before the original three months.
Can I withdraw from a course?
Yes. Withdrawal is accepted up to the third week of the class. Refunds will be prorated according to university policy. Click here for refund amounts (go to "Cancellation and Refunds" at bottom of page).
Can I audit the course?
Yes. Many students have completed degrees and are not interested in generating credit hours. The student may choose to audit the class. Students may also choose to take the course Credit/No Credit. This option provides the student an opportunity to take the course without a letter grade. Grades will be awarded as credit or no credit. A student must earn at least a C to earn a Credit. A C- or less is considered non-credit. Audit and credit/non-credit options must be selected the first week of class. (Note: Some companies require a letter grade for company reimbursement.)
