Description:	Weber State University's Continuing Education CPI Certificate Program uses the most recognized CPI methodologies-Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Thinking and Six Sigma-to teach participants how to establish a culture of continuous process improvement and thereby achieve maximum bottom-line results. This approach is known as CPI/TLS. In support of this certificate program, Weber State is pleased to offer an Introduction to CPI certificate. This one day program will provide an overview and introduction to the basics of TOC, LEAN, and Six Sigma.

This course is not available for teacher registration at this time. Courses are taught on a semester basis. To register for this course, please check this site a few weeks before the next semester begins.
