Name: Dealing With Difficult Customers

Description: The individual interfacing with the difficult customer can, by using the appropriate techniques, often resolve the problems and retain the customer, instead of contributing to the hostility of the situation. This course provides theory and role-playing of the basic skills needed to deal with emotional and/or difficult customers.
