Front line employees are the first and often the only contact customers have with your company. These employees utilize a variety of skills to successfully perform their jobs. This series of six workshops is designed to enhance employee skills, motivation, and job satisfaction. The program addresses specific areas of both a worker’s professional and personal life. A certificate is awarded for successful completion of all six Front Line Focus workshops: Personal and Professional Development, Language Use: A Figure of Speech, Working With Words, Proofreading: Embarrassing Bloopers, Customer Service, and Time Management and Stress Reduction. |
