Description:	Personal success at work is difficult to define. It could mean feeling a sense of accomplishment by doing a job well. It could mean being a team player and enhancing the work environment of those around you. It could mean having energy for work and other important parts of your life. This workshop offers an opportunity for participants to create their own definition of personal success by focusing on self-esteem, professionalism and career development.
