Payment deadline for late registration is due the same day you register. A
$40 late payment fee will be assessed if tuition and fee balance is not paid by
due date. Students that are enrolled in a monthly payment plan will not be
assessed the late payment fee as long as payments are made according to plan

BILLING STATEMENTS -
You will NOT receive a billing statement by mail. Students can
access their billing statements online by logging into
eWeber. You are
encouraged to pay by mail or by the web. Please refer to your
eWeber account to obtain the
correct amount due, then pay by the dates listed above.
PAYMENT BY MAIL -
You may pay tuition and fees by mail.
Payment may be made by check or money order that bears your name and Student ID number. Please include the exact amount of tuition and fees
due. Your check should also cover all costs for lab or other fees, any amounts due for traffic tickets, overdue library books, etc., and must be mailed so as to arrive at the WSU Cashier's Office by the appropriate payment deadline listed above.
Because of restrictions on credit card transactions Weber State University can
no longer collect credit card information by mail. If you want to pay by
credit card you need to pay by the web or at the cashiers office.

PENALTY FOR LACK OF PAYMENT - You must pay by the
appropriate deadline listed above. A $40 late payment fee will
be assessed if not paid by due date. Also, unpaid accounts are
subject to interest, collection fees, and credit bureau reporting.

LATE REGISTRATION - If you register during the first weeks of school,
you will be obligated for payment, i.e., your courses will not be dropped for
non-payment, and there will be a registration hold placed on your file for
subsequent semesters. The hold will remain until tuition and fees are paid in
full. Payment is due on the day you register. Failure to pay your tuition
and fees may result in the assessment of additional collection, interest, and
litigation fees.
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - the
university allows the use of credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) for the payment of tuition and fees. |
