Payment Deadline: Payments must be received by 4:00 pm on the date due.  Web payments will close at 4:00 pm on deadline days.

*Refunds are applied to credit hours, not dollar amount paid.

Please note: A $17.50 non-refundable fee is deducted from your refund when you totally withdraw from school. Admission fees and late fees are non-refundable.

Independent study, conferences, workshops and certain programs are assessed a flat fee for tuition.  Please check with continuing education for refund schedule for these courses.

Late Payment Fee:
All students with unpaid tuition and fee balances after the first day of registered session courses; will be assessed a $40 late payment fee unless student is enrolled in a monthly payment plan.

Payment deadline for late registration is due the same day you register.  A $40 Late payment fee will be assessed if tuition and fee balance is not paid by due date.  Students that are enrolled in a monthly payment plan will not be assessed the late payment fee as long as payments are made according to the payment plan scheduled due dates.

If the bank dishonors your check or web check, you will be charged a $20 handling fee, and a hold will be placed on your record until cleared.

According to PPM No. 5-5; the university may withdraw a student from the current semester if a student has an unpaid tuition and fee balance from a prior semester or if the student provides a dishonored check or other payment to pay for tuition and fees.  The prior semester courses will not be dropped or withdrawn.

The University reserves the right to correct tuition and fee charges as approved by the Board of Regents.

BILLING STATEMENTS - You will NOT receive a billing statement by mail.  Students can access their billing statements online by logging into eWeber.  You are encouraged to pay by mail or by the web.  Please call 626-8006 or access the web to obtain the correct amount due, then pay by the dates listed above.

PAYMENT BY MAIL - You may pay tuition and fees by mail.  Payment may be made by check or money order that bears your name and Student ID number.  Please include the exact amount of tuition and fees due.  Your check should also cover all costs for lab or other fees, any amounts due for traffic tickets, overdue library books, etc., and must be mailed so as to arrive at the WSU Cashier's Office by the appropriate payment deadline listed above.

Because of restrictions on credit card transactions Weber State University can no longer collect credit card information by mail.  If you want to pay by credit card you need to pay by the web or at the cashiers office window.

LATE REGISTRATION - If you register during the first weeks of school, you will be obligated for payment, i.e., your courses will not be dropped for non-payment, and there will be a registration hold placed on your file for subsequent semesters. The hold will remain until tuition and fees are paid in full. Payment is due on the day you register.  Failure to pay your tuition and fees may result in the assessment of additional collection, interest, and litigation fees.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD - the university allows the use of credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) for the payment of tuition and fees.
