What is the
WSU Internship Program?
Weber State University's Cooperative Education/Internship program offers students the opportunity to get practical hands-on work experience in a field related to
their major. In addition, students may earn academic credit in their
instructional department based on the completion of specific learning objectives
and projects that have been approved by a faculty member in their department.

How can an
internship benefit me?
The
internship program provides you as a student with several benefits including
opportunities for:
- applying classroom learning in on-the-job situations
- testing one's interest in and suitability for a particular career
field
- working with professionals in your prospective fields and
establish future networking contacts
- building your resume
Important:
To arrange for academic credit for
your internship experience you must contact the internship coordinator for
your department. To find out who this is, contact Career Services

What should I
do to apply for an Internship?
Students are encouraged to seek an
internship experience during their junior or senior years at Weber State
University. All internships posted by the Career Services Office can be found on
