  WSU Department Qualifications for Adjunct Faculty Status
This form represents a delineation of qualifications high school instructors must meet in order to be approved as a WSU adjunct instructor.

  "Right of First Refusal" (RFR)
This formal RFR form will be sent to any school within our primary service area who is requesting sponsorhip of a course that WSU does not currently sponsor. This form will allow the school, in behalf of the teacher, to seek the sponsorship of another USHE institution for this particular course.

Student Registration Form
Student registration forms are handed out by Concurrent Enrollment Site Representative before they are due. If you are out of registration forms and need several more, we recommend contacting our office and we will deliver them. If you need more registration labels please contact your Concurrent Enrollment Site Representative.
