What if I'm not approved?
If you are not approved to
teach a course for
Concurrent Enrollment, you
have the right to seek
approval at another Utah
institution. You will need a
"Right of First Refusal"
(an annual renewal) to
do this. You can request a
Right of First Refusal
through your site
representative.
Right of First Refusals
are given upon request on an
individual basis only
(for example, if you were
not approved to teach a math
course, only YOU will be
given the Right of First
Refusal upon request, not
each teacher in your
department).
What district do I have
to work in to teach a WSU
Concurrent Enrollment class?
Weber State University
serves as the primary
service institution for Davis, Morgan,
Ogden City, and Weber county
school districts.
If you teach outside of
these 3 counties, you must
first apply to your local
public college/university.
If you are not approved you
can request a Right of First
Refusal and then submit your
request to Weber State
University's Concurrent
Enrollment program. |
