  The following categories represent the general roles and responsibilities of each of the secondary school partners toward this program.
 
  District Representative
 
  • Administers the program at the district level and works with the WSU Concurrent Enrollment office to clarify and implement program policy and procedure as well as administering the collaborative program finances with WSU.
  Site Representative
 
  • Coordinates the program at the site level and manages Concurrent Enrollment course and faculty requests, student registration, and student grade reports; works closely with the WSU Concurrent Enrollment office staff to implement program policy and procedures.
  Concurrent Adjunct Faculty
 
  • Concurrent Adjunct Faculty sponsor eligible students, teach approved courses, submit approved paperwork annually, participate in both training modules, follow program policies and procedures, and assist students and their parents in making strategic decisions about early college options, provide up-to-date and accurate information, and use WSU Concurrent printed material to aid in the selection of appropriate courses.
  School Site Counseling Staff
 
  • Provides academic advising by assessing each student's interest in seeking early opportunities to earn college credit, reviews student SEOP to assure Concurrent Enrollment eligibility, and clarifies opportunities of program to assist student's educational goals.
