Scholarship Opportunities:

Weber State offers many different types of scholarships to entering freshmen. Graduating High School seniors are eligible for these scholarships.

Scholarships are based on work completed in high school. The application process for WSU scholarships requires a copy of your high school transcript be submitted to WSU before October 1. Prior to this deadline, your high school will submit the transcripts of graduating seniors who have participated in the WSU concurrent enrollment program, automatically nominating you for an academic scholarship.

Lock your scholarship in by attending Scholarship Day! The Annual Scholarship Day at Weber State University is slated for Wednesday, November 4. All participating high school students with an index score above 105 receive scholarships.

Non-academic scholarships are awarded based on need, special circumstances, or associations. Apply for these scholarships through your student portal.

  • Log into the student portal on the Weber State University home page
  • Click on the student services tab.
  • Find the Financial Services Box on the left hand side of the page.
  • Click on scholarship application.
  • Complete the questions and short essays.
  • Click “submit”.
  • Watch your student portal for award information.
