• Provide basic knowledge, background and history regarding Theory of Constraints, Lean Thinking and Six Sigma and their application to continuous process improvement
• Convey the benefits of a multiple methodology approach to continuous process improvement
• Provide the foundation for expanded CPI/TLS training

Course Expectations

All students must finish a project that uses the TLS methodology in the workplace.

• This is a noncredit course consisting of 45 classroom
  hours.
• Students can receive a Certificate of Completion from Weber State University, Continuing Education for completing the course requirements.
