ISTE 29th Annual Rocky Mountain Rendezvous
 

ACCOMMODATIONS

The preferred accommodation for the seminar is the university’s residential housing which is set up as apartments with a living room, kitchen, four (4) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. Bathrooms are approximately one meter from bedroom doors and are shared with only one other person of the same gender. (No walking down long hallways to a many persons, shared bathroom here.) A limited number of single bathrooms will be available upon a first come, first served basis.

Alternative hotel accommodation is available in the city of Ogden approximately 5km from the Weber campus. If you choose to stay off campus, please contact the Marriott Hotel directly and indicate that you are with the ISTE seminar. The cost per night is approximately US$159 plus tax.

TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT

The best way to travel to the seminar is by air, flying into The Salt Lake International Airport which is approximately 57km from campus. Transportation will be provided from the airport to the Weber State campus by the seminar hosts if flight arrival time is indicated on the registration form. Other transportation is available via taxi (quite expensive), airport shuttle to Ogden, or public transportation (using bus and rail lines).
