WSU has partnered with UHP and the Department of Public Safety to offer official vehicle safety inspection training in passenger, light truck, motorcycle, and heavy duty vehicles.
There are six or seven workshops a year. Each workshop will last four consecutive days and run from 6 to 10 p.m.

The National Undergraduate Literature Conference (NULC)

Description:
The National Undergraduate Literature Conference is held annually in late March and early April on the campus of Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. The conference gives undergraduates an opportunity to present papers both critical and creative, to an audience of peers from campuses across the country and to hear some of the most important writers in contemporary literature.

The program involves the study of American Government and government process. Students participate in mock trial and elections. Additionally, students participate in music, sports, and seminars with public officials. Each state program elects student senators that represent the respective state at Boys' Nation in Washington, D.C.

Literature and the Law

A conference produced by the Law Office of Travis R. Marker, P.C. and sponsored by the Utah Bar Association. The presenters will consist of judges, attorneys, and professors. The event will feature discussions related to the application of great literature to the advocacy and practice of the law. William Shakespeare, Charles Dickens, Fredrick Nietzsche, John Grisham, Harper Lee, Alexandre Dumas, Edgar Alan Poe, and other great authors will be discussed at the event. A suicide and grief support group for grieving survivors of a loss to suicide: an 8-week curriculum based grief support group designed to help the griever manage his/her grief by offering public lectures and bereavement support groups.
