- Registration is $99.00
which includes an
evening banquet on April
2nd and continental
breakfast on April 3 &
4 and must be
paid by March 23, 2009.
- Late registration is
$124 and, although you
may attend the banquet,
dinner may not be
possible unless prior
arrangements have been
made.
- A guest of a
conference participant
may attend any
conference event at no
additional cost, with
the exception of the
April 2 banquet. Banquet
guest cost is an
additional $30 per
guest.
- Travel and hotel accommodations and some meals are at the participant's expense.
