After you’ve determined your eligibility, follow the Application Materials checklist below. Once all application materials have been received, you will be contacted for an appointment by the Early College office. You will be required to submit a Weber State University application for admission and pay a one-time non-refundable $30 WSU admission fee at your advising appointment.:

	Complete an Early College Application for Admission.
	›	Download the application
	›	Answer every question; sign and date on the lines provided.
	›	Ask your high school counselor to complete and sign the “Graduation Requirements/Recommendation” section.

	Obtain Your High School Transcript.
	›	Attach your most recent transcript. Get it from your high school counseling office.
	›	Your transcript does need to be official.

	Take the ACT (American College Test).
	›	ACT scores are required for ALL Early College students. Your application is not complete without them.

	Mail Your Application.
	›	In person:
		Early College Office Promontory Tower, Rm. 213 Weber State University, Ogden Campus
	›	By mail:
		Early College Weber State University 4013 University Circle Ogden, UT 84408-4013

Are there any program requirements after I’m admitted to Early College?

Once you are accepted to Early College, you must do the following to remain in the program:

›	Attend a WSU new student orientation (Early College Office will register you for new student orientation. View calendar for available dates)
›	Attend an SEOP (Student Education and Occupation Plan) advising session at your high school scheduled by the Early College advisors during September, October or November
›	Follow the admissions policy (pdf).
