What's Next for Graduating
Seniors?

Exit Interview
Early in the spring semester, the
Early College Office will mail a
reminder notice for you to schedule
this Exit Interview. Every
Early College senior student
must participate in a final advising
appointment with your Early College
advisor. If you are NOT graduating
from WSU with an associate degree
(NOT receiving the New Century
Scholarship) you will need to
schedule an Exit Interview
appointment. Associate Degree
graduating students please refer to
the information for the New Century
Scholarship appointment. At the
Exit Interview appointment, your
Early College advisor will walk you
through the necessary steps for you
to continue as a student at WSU for
the fall semester, or transfer to a
different college/university of your
choice. The Exit Interview should be
completed before Mid-April.
WSU Application
Every Early College student must
fill out a Weber State University
application for admission. Early
College students graduating from
high school June 2006 and continuing
at WSU in the fall will need to fill
out a paper copy of the WSU
admissions application. This
application will be provided for you
in your Exit Advising appointment.
You have already paid the $30
admission fee as part of your
admission into Early College; you do
not need to pay this $30.00 again
with your WSU application for
admission.
New Early College students,
starting at WSU summer semester
2006, will fill out the WSU
admission application as part of the
Early College admissions process.
WSU Graduation Process
It is to your benefit to graduate or
receive your associate degree as it
will ensure the courses you have
taken as a Weber State University
student will transfer completely to
another Utah state university or
college. Your early College advisor
will walk you through the WSU
graduation process in your Exit
Interview or your New Century
Scholarship appointment.
