State University offers an online APICS CSCP certification
review course designed to prepare individuals for APICS CSCP
certification or to obtain the knowledge to suit the needs of
the company or individual.
The APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) program is
geared towards operations and supply chain management
professionals. This course takes a broad view of operations,
extending beyond internal operations to encompass all the steps
throughout the supply chain. From the supplier, through the
company, to the end consumer, the APICS CSCP program provides you with
the knowledge to effectively manage the integration of supply
chain activities to maximize a company’s value chain.
To receive APICS CSCP certification, an individual must pass the
certification exam with APICS. Candidates for the exam must meet
one of the following criteria to be eligible:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus two years of
related business experience
APICS CPIM, CFPIM, CIRM, or C.P.M. designation plus two
years of related business experience
Five years of related business experience
This certification prep course is a non-credit professional
development course offering and is equivalent to 45 hours of
class time. Participants should plan to spend approximately 55-75 hours in the course reading, studying,
viewing video streaming and preparing for quizzes and exams. Upon completion students
will be able to print their own certificate of completion.
