Description

Employees who communicate clearly and responsively keep your customers happy and returning. Effective face-to-face communication skills create positive encounters with customers, peers, subordinates, and superiors.

Course Objectives

    Understand the communication process
  • Speak and listen effectively
  • Deal with conflict and emotional communications
  • Practice skills in a non-threatening environment
