Communication Skills - Intercultural

Description

Maximize the benefits of our culturally diverse workforce by educating all employees on effective intercultural communication. When participants examine individual socialization, they see their own uniqueness and the diversity of others as assets, rather than liabilities in creating an effective workplace.

Course Objectives

    Recognize demographic changes in our work force: aging, feminization, immigration, educational deficits
  • Relate individual cultural programming to diversity management in your organization
  • Open minds to cultural norms different from your own
  • Overcome cultural stereotypes and prejudices
  • Develop a multi-faceted diversity management strategy
