Organizational Vision, Values & Mission Statements (PD-LEA09)
Description
Supervisors are closest and most influential in the implementation of an organization’s strategic plan. They must have a clear understanding of the objectives and know how to align their team with the mission and goals of the company.
Course Objectives
Understand organization vision, values, and mission statements and use methods of setting goals based on those statements- Know the role of organizational structure and employees in implementing the financial and business objectives of a company
- Learn to use alignment as an evaluation method
- Learn the steps to change corporate culture and create better alignment
- Evaluate specific performance measures in appraisal systems
