I understand that I will not be granted any class credit by WSU for participation in this trip.
I further understand that I will be traveling as a private party and hereby agree to hold Weber State University, its employees, agents and volunteers, harmless with regard to any claim or claims of liability which may arise as a result of my traveling with (faculty member name).
