Professional Interests:

Developmentally appropriate curriculum development with an emphasis on individually appropriate planning.
The role of respect in classrooms promoting problem solving and positive discipline. This includes both respect for the child and respect from the child.

Seminar Instructor for students doing student teaching in the Melba S. Lehner Children's School.
Instructor of ChFAM 4710: Advanced Guidance and Planning.

Masters degree in Home Economics (Child Development) from University of Georgia, 1972.
Consultant, Ogden City Early Childhood Migrant Education Program.
