Criminal law is our newest area of emphasis and recognizes the diversity of our students. Many students graduating from our program enjoy the legal aspects of the criminal justice system and want to enhance their scholastic and professional development through a legal emphasis.  Other students are law school bound, and still others enjoy the criminal justice field and simply want to further their education in the rights of citizens and criminal justice professionals.  The concentration in this emphasis is heavily weighted in constitutional law that impacts the criminal justice system, learning and understanding case law and statutory laws and how they impact various fields in the criminal justice area.
