WEBERSTATEUNIVERSITYADMISSIONS

All resident and international students who plan to enroll at WSU/ESL need to complete an Admissions Application. The application deadline for international students is 60 days prior to the start of the semester a student plans to attend. Applications are reviewed only when all required documents are on file.

International students who have a TOEFL score of less than 500 and U.S. residents scoring less than 17 on the English portion of the ACT test will need to take the ESL Placement Test. Students with no TOEFL scores or scores under 500 can be admitted to WSU on the condition that they meet ESL Program requirements.
