LIVESCAN FINGERPRINTING OFFICE
The Livescan Fingerprinting Office
provides electronic fingerprint
background checks for University
departments and community entities
that have been set up as Livescan
Requesting Agencies with the Utah
Bureau of Criminal Investigation.
There is a $10
fee for education related
fingerprint background checks.
The fee is $25 for non-education
related background checks.
Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier
Checks are the only accepted form of
payments.
THE LIVESCAN OFFICE CANNOT ACCEPT
CASH.
The livescan
fingerprinting office is located in
the basement of the McKay Education
building, Room 22. Parking is
available in the A2 parking lot
north-east of the building. A
parking pass must be obtained from
the Information booth located at the
3850 S. Harrison entrance.
There should be no charge for this
pass.

When you come
to the fingerprinting office you
must have all the
following items with you:

Request
for Applicant Livescan
background check form, signed by
the requesting agency
(fingerprinting can not be
completed if form is not
signed).

Check,
Money Order, or Cashiers Check
payable to WSU Livescan (NO
CASH).
-
Government issued picture ID
(drivers license, passport,
military ID).
