USDB Livescan Fingerprinting Applicants

The Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind covers the cost for your scan so you will not need to pay the $10 fee when you are fingerprinted.

The Livescan fingerprinting office is located in the basement of the McKay Education Building, Room 022.  If you come to Weber State before 4:00 pm. you will need to obtain a parking permit. Stop at the parking information booth (3850 South entrance) and pick up a parking pass for the A2 parking lot.  Be sure to tell them you are coming for Livescan Fingerprinting.  There should be no fee for this pass.

Please bring with you a government issued picture ID and your completed Request for Electronic Fingerprint Form.  No scans will be completed without proper ID or signed authorization form.
