teaching participants how to identify triggers, make a
plan, and kick the habit.

The purpose of this workshop is to motivate students to
be more contemplative about their CHOICE to use or abuse
alcohol and other drugs. Emphasizing student involvement
in a classroom discussion, students gain the knowledge
