University Village is located across the street from the Dee Events Center. It has 5 buildings along with a center for students to relax, study, and meet other students. The Community Center has a computer lab with over twenty computers.

University Village gives residents a private bedroom, semi~private bathroom, kitchen and living room. There are four students living in each fully furnished apartment. The kitchens have stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, vacuum and dishwashers. The living rooms are furnished with a comfy couch, overstuffed chairs, coffee table and end table.

Each bedroom has an extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk and lockable nightstand. There are two bathrooms with showers and tubs. But that's not all. Each apartment has cable access for each bedroom and the living room. There's hardwired Ethernet access in each bedroom or wireless Internet.
