The Applicant Rating System (ARS) is
designed to assist committee's in
the hiring process. The system
computes the weighting and rating
data thereby eliminating the
possibility of mathematical error.
It also computes Veterans Preference
points (Utah employment
regulation). The applicant
information is downloaded from the
employment database into the online
Applicant Rating System which can be
accessed through the faculty/staff
