  Do I need to renew my tuition benefits each semester?
  
  Faculty/Staff:
  
  · If a faculty or staff member has entered their information under the tuition benefits page within the faculty/staff portal and their status reads approved they do not need to renew their benefits each semester.
  
  Adjunct/Clinical Employees:
  
  · Tuition benefits for adjunct and clinical employees must be renewed each semester by completing a Blue Tuition Wavier permit.
  
  Can a WSU employee's tuition benefit be extended to Utah State University courses and programs?  If so, what is the benefit?
  
  · An employee who is full-time salaried with appointment of 75% time or more, part-time salaried employee at 50% time or more, or an adjunct/clinical employee are eligible to receive a 50% tuition benefit.
  
  -How do I sign up for a USU Ogden Campus course?
  
  · To enroll for USU Ogden Campus courses please register in person at Promontory Tower in room 13B.  Prior to your arrival please send an e-mail to the HR department at hr@weber.edu and request an employee verification letter to be sent to the USU extension office.
  
  Important Note: The USU tuition benefit applies to employees only and only to courses offered on the WSU Ogden Campus. 

At what age is a dependent dropped from an employee's insurance plan?

· Dependents will be dropped from insurance the day they marry or at midnight on their 26th birthday (up and through 25 years).

Note: If your dependent meets the above criteria please come into our office and complete an insurance change form to make this change.

At what age is a dependent of an employee ineligible to receive the tuition benefit?

· A dependent is ineligible to receive the tuition benefit if they are 31 years old or above in age.

Note: A dependent who is married and under the age of 31 is still eligible to receive the tuition benefit.
