Departments purchasing new computers should specify
that
MS Windows Home Operating System is ordered while purchasing a computer
from the WSU contracted vendors (Prime Systems, Starwest). The operating
system will be provided by the university.
NOTE: After July 1 2005
we would like to have anything less than a Pentium
III shipped to Property Control.
WSU is not yet supporting Microsoft
Vista operating system. It is not compatible
in our Novell environment. There are no plans on supporting
this OS before mid 2008.

below are not Microsoft Vista compatible. For
