A Department
mailbox is a receptacle
for Departments and Organizations. It is usually set up so
that more than one person can proxy their way into the account.
Organizations with WEB pages or other published material can
use a department mailbox which is independent of staff changes. The
request should come from the department chairs, deans or secretaries. If you are having problems please call

groupwise email accounts
