System Center Configuration Manager users may view and reference a list of SCCM manuals and documentation created by the WSU IT department.
Full-time employees needing access to Configuration Manager Console are required to complete an introductory training covering all the major components for WSU CTCs. Submit this form to request this training.
Part-time employees needing access to Configuration Manager Console are required to complete an introductory training that specializes in the specified access for their position. Supervisors may submit this form to define access and request training for their part-time employees.
Employees who have completed their introductory training may request the Operating System Deployment Training 1 to learn about and gain access to deploying images through SCCM.
