To report a lost or stolen Qwest worldcard, call 1-800-860-1020.

To place a call using your calling card:

1. Dial 1-800-860-4444.
   
   
2. After the greeting, enter your card number followed by your PIN number.
   The card number is the 10-digit number located on the front of your card.
   Your PIN number is located on the Qwest sheet enclosed with your calling card. Your PIN number is issued to you only. It is important that you do not lose it or share it with anyone.
   
   
3. Enter the long distance number you are calling.
   
   
4. If you experience problems or have any questions regarding worldcard service, call customer support at 1-800-860-1020.
