"Workplace Learning" is education or training undertaken in the workplace to enhance employee on- the-job performance and develop the employee personally and/or professionally.

The Office of Workplace Learning is a function of Human Resources. Our employees are available anytime to assist your department with learning goals and needs.

• National Customer Service Week is October 5 - 9, 2009.  The OWL Office will be sponsoring an all day customer service conference for faculty and staff on Tuesday, October 6th.  A full agenda of events, including the keynote speaker can be found HERE.
