MISSION
Parking Services strives to maintain a safe and economical
parking system that continuously adapts to the ever-changing needs of the
University community.

AUTHORITY
In accordance with the delegation
of authority granted to the
governing authority of Weber State
University, contained in Section
53B-3-103, Utah State Code
Annotated, parking and traffic rules
and regulations are adopted. All
staff, students, and visitors
operating vehicles on campus are
required to comply with the WSU
Parking Rules and Regulations. The
purpose of the rules and regulations
is to provide an orderly method for
the formulation, adoption and
enforcement of parking and traffic
regulations on Weber State
University campuses, and to provide
an equitable method for their
enforcement. A motor vehicle found
in violation of the rules and
regulations is presumed to have been
parked the registered owner, or the
person who registered the vehicle
with Parking Services. Penalties
arising from vehicles found in
violation are the responsibility of
the registered owner.
PARKING AT WSU
The growth of Weber State University and the increasing
number of vehicles on campus make it necessary for everyone to drive and park in an
orderly manner. All staff, students, and visitors operating vehicles on campus are
required to comply with the WSU Parking Rules and Regulations. The
Utah State Code grants authority to the Board of Trustees to establish parking matters on
campus. By complying with these regulations, you make life a little easier for
yourself and others in the campus community.

Parking Services Office, Annex 5, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For

UTA ED PASS
Weber State University has
entered into an agreement with Utah
Transit Authority. Under this
agreement WSU faculty, staff and
students are able to ride UTA buses
by showing their current UTA Ed Pass card. Ski buses are not included in
this program.
