Welcome Majors and Minors

As a major or minor,  please be a regular visitor to this site, as it is filled with great information and links to helpful web sites. Also if you have not yet signed up, please join the Psychology Majors and Minors Group.  Sign up in the Groups and Organizations in the Student Portal

The Student Information on the right has information and links about being a psychology major, including course requirements, course suggestions, and web sites of interest. (Also note Degree and Program requirements from the WSU catalog on the left.) NOTE: an error has been found in the new 2008-2009 catalog under Core Content Courses Click here to see corrections.

Also on the right, Psychology Information has links to general information about the different areas which compose the discipline. This information is not just for majors but for anyone interested in Psychology. Also the Psychology Department supports  two Student Organizations, which is the best way to get involved!

There is also advice and links for psychology students who are eager to get a Job or into Graduate School. While these links are meant to help you, there is still no better help you can get the your own advisors (click here to find your advisor). Otherwise just drop by the psychology office and someone will be able to help you.
