Key Team

Conwey Morris has been concerned about the outdated keying system on campus for some time. As carpenter/ locksmith foreman, he knows of no formal policies or procedures. When the Internal Auditor's Office noted key control and record
management problems during last summer's audit, he decided to do something about it.	This team is identifying keying policies and procedures that will make the campus more secure. Conwey officially formed the Key Team during March to begin improving this process. The team has met several times and is exploring various key systems. The group hopes to have policy/procedure recommendations developed by the first of September and implementation completed by January 1999.
