What teams are currently working on improvement efforts? What teams have finished working on improvement efforts?
  Reward and Recognition SOIT - Developed a program to recognize and reward employees in the Administrative Services Division.  The program started July 1, 2002.
  Performance Review Team -- Set up a new and improved performance review system.
  Travel Team -- Improved the travel process through customer input and process simplification.
  Hourly Payroll Team -- Finished May 1997. Instituted a paperless time card system so that hourly employees can be paid bi-weekly rather than monthly.
  Lost or Found Team -- Finished March 1996. Revised the campus lost or found process.

Campus Construction Team -- Remodeled an area in the Union Building into a Food Court; using a team approach while identifying additional improvement opportunities with the construction/remodeling process.

S.C.O.R.E. Team -- Rebuilt mutual respect, confidence, and trust between Athletics and the Physical Plant; ensured appropriate resources are available and properly managed; analyzed processes and redefined roles and responsibilities.
  Safety-Based Behavior Modification Team -- Established a pilot safety-based behavior modification program, emphasized positive reinforcement.
  Snow Team -- Improved the process of removing snow on campus.
  Key Team -- Established formal policies/procedures for the building keying system.
