The Travel Team's goals were to revise the travel policy and procedures as needed and simplify the process. Members of the team hoped that simplification would make it easier to follow the process. The Travel Team were involved in several activities.

Ö Reviewing current WSU travel policy/procedures

Ö Reviewing travel policy/procedures of other Higher Education institutions and government agencies

Ö Examining potential benefits of using the Purchasing Card for travel

Ö Obtaining input from users (customers)
