The Exception to University Policy Committee reviews graduation waiver requests
pertaining to:
University Degree Requirement Waivers:
- SI
- Diversity
- Total Hours
- Upper Division Hours
- Residency Hours
- Committee will also review requests for degree backdates
GRADUATION WAIVER REQUESTS NOT REVIEWED BY COMMITTEE:
- General Education Requirement Waiver Requests: Waiver requests pertaining
to Breadth, Core, CIL, or all other general education requirements must go directly
through the relevant departments.
- Major/Minor Requirement Waiver Requests: Must be referred directly to the department.
