Presentations by students and professionals aren’t the only attraction. Vegas is a great place to relax and enjoy.  Even though Vegas natives throw on their parkas when the temp drops below 90° F, there’s a good chance the hotel pools will still be open for us in balmy October.

Remember, the Alexis is an all-suite, non-gaming facility, .7 miles from the Strip at the Bellagio intersection. The rooms, which fit 2 people comfortably (a 3rd on the pullout sofa), are $79. Be sure to ask for the conference price when you register (up to 4 people is permissible). All rooms have internet connections—$5.00 noon to noon (bring your cable & laptop).
