CONSERVATION IN CHINA

The Great Wall, the Forbidden City and the Terracotta
Warriors are but a few of the stops we'll make along the way
as we delve into wildlife conservation efforts in China.
Join Weber State University’s Zoology Chair Sam Zeveloff and
wildlife expert Walt Prothero as they lead this trip
to some of the most fascinating nature reserves in the Far
East with China Adventure Travel.
June 3 – June 16, 2008
Participants will gain an understanding of various cultural
and natural history issues in China. They will learn a
considerable amount about Chinese nature reserves and
other protected areas. They will also gain an
appreciation
for the role of captive propagation in species preservation
programs.
