Section 3.1 | The Department of Teacher Education supports the rights and responsibilities accorded to Weber State University Faculty [PPM 9-2]. In accord with University policy, grades are the responsibility of faculty [PPM 4-19]. |
Section 3.2 | Department of Teacher Education faculty are to uphold high standards of professional and ethical behavior as they work with students [PPM 9-5]. |
Section 3.3 | Weber State University policy makes provisions for student civil rights [PPM 6-16] and due process [PPM 6-23]. Any student who feels he or she has been discriminated against should contact the Department chairperson as soon as possible to notify the Department of a civil rights/due process complaint. Weber State University Policies and Procedures may be accessed via the World Wide Web at http://documents.weber.edu/ppm. |
Section 3.4 | The Department of Teacher Education supports the rights and responsibilities of students as defined in the Weber State University Student Code [PPM 6-22]. |
