| Section 9.1 | The Department of Teacher Education will design program assessments, evaluations, and reporting measures that meet University and accreditiation needs. |
| Section 9.2 | Program data collection, analysis, and reporting are the responsibility of the Department chair. Each semester the chair will disseminate results from data collected that semester and facilitate discussion concerning possible implcations for program renewal. |
| Section 9.3 | Upon provisional admission to a teacher licensure program, the licensure candidate authorizes the Department to collect performance data, test scores, and results from other measures needed for program accreditation. The Department is committed to protecting student rights including privacy rights. All data collected will be aggregated; dissemination reports must not include any personal information about students or their performances that can be individually identified. |
